1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Superbaj platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Superbaj. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Superbaj platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Superbaj, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone who interacts with any Superbaj service. Using Superbaj after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on Superbaj, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Superbaj employee.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from Superbaj for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Superbaj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard process that protects all players on the Superbaj platform.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Superbaj account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If Superbaj detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

When registering on Superbaj, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Superbaj account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Superbaj will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. • Use a strong, unique password for your Superbaj account.
• Do not log in to Superbaj from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

• Superbaj is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits and Payments

Superbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT. Superbaj does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits on Superbaj are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact Superbaj support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended.
• Superbaj does not accept deposits made with funds from illegal sources. By depositing on Superbaj, you confirm that your funds come from legitimate sources.
• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Superbaj, though payment providers may impose their own limits.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Superbaj are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. Superbaj does not charge any withdrawal fees. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within three minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Before your first withdrawal, Superbaj requires identity verification. You will need to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirm that the payment account belongs to you. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless Superbaj has reason to request further verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Superbaj reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security review purposes.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance may be queued and processed once maintenance is complete.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your Superbaj balance immediately.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Superbaj offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance on Superbaj. When you have both real money and bonus funds in your account, real money is used first unless the bonus terms specify otherwise. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

• Each bonus offer on Superbaj is available once per player unless stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Superbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If Superbaj determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on Superbaj are live games with results determined in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The result of each game round is final. If a technical error occurs during a game round, Superbaj will investigate and, where necessary, void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Superbaj operates eight live game titles: WL Live, Dragon and Tiger, Monster Hi-Lo, Super Bingo, Super Wheel, Jungle King, and Dragon Fishing 2. Each game has its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed in the game interface.
• Bets placed after the betting window has closed for a round will not be accepted.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the bet remains valid and the result will be recorded once the connection is restored.
• Superbaj is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues.
• Game results are logged and can be reviewed in your account history at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Superbaj. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Superbaj platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Superbaj platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Superbaj staff or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, Superbaj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

Superbaj provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Superbaj is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Superbaj is not responsible for losses caused by a player's internet connection issues or device failures.
• Superbaj is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• In all cases, Superbaj's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Superbaj does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game on the platform.

13 Changes to Terms

Superbaj may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Superbaj will notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of Superbaj after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using Superbaj and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
